CJX5(S-K)series（S-K10/11、S-K12、S-K18、S-K20/21、S-K25/35、S-K50/65、S-K85/95）MagneicA.C.Contactors
are a new generation of products designed by ourfactory.The
contactor is suitable for making and breaking remotecircuits or
frequent starting and controlling of a.c.motor with50/60Hz rated
voltage up to 600V ,rated operating current
9,12,16,22,30,40,50,62,85and105A at rated operating voltage 380V
umder theutilization category AC-3.
Technical parameter:
1. Rated insulation voltage 660V.
2. Contacts thermal current,rated operating current and
maximumpower of controllable
3-phase a.c.motor under AC-3 duty see table 1.
3. Mechanical endurance not less than 10000000.
4. Electrical endurance under AC-3 duty 1000000.
5. Rated operating current and power of the controllable motor
underAC-4 duty see table 1.
Control the coil:
Control the working voltage range of coil: 85~110% of the
specifiedvoltage value.
It is AC50HZ and 60HZ coil in common use that the contactor
controlsthe coil, see form 5s in specified voltage value.
Auxiliary contacts:
Numbers of contacts in the contactor see table2.
Auxiliary contact arrangement is shown in table 3.
Rated insulation voltage of the auxiliary contacts 660V.
Conventional thermal current of the auxiliary contacts 10A.
Rated operating current of the auxiliary contacts see table 4.
Construction featues:
The main and auxiliary contacts have double breaking contact
strucre.Allcontacts are made of silver alloy which provides
excellent antimelting,antiweldingand electrical wear-resistant
properties.The enclosed arc extinguisherchambers prevent the arc
from spraying by fire-resistant materialto ensure personal and
adjacent components' safety.
Contact system:
Touch head mainly, auxiliary to touch head pairs of broken
somestructure. Touch head material adopt and have high to resist
personwho weld, able to bear electric silver alloy material of
abradability.
Touch the electric life-span of head 1 million times auxiliarily.
The appearance and installation measurement:
Outline and mounting sizes CJX5-9~16 contactors are shown in
fig.1and table 6.
Outine and mounting sizes of CJX5-22~105 contactors are shown
infig.2 and Table 6.
