CJX2CSeries Changeover Capacitor Contactors
Use: CJX2C series switch capacitor contactors arespecially used in low
voltage idle power compensation boards witha.c.of 50Hz and work
voltageof 380V,as putting -in and cutting-offcapacitor group to
regulate the power factor of electrical systems,andare capable of
effectively suppressing the switch turning on surgecurrent of
capactitors.
Condition of work:
1. Ambient temperature: -5℃~+40℃,the average value not higher
than+35℃ within 24 hours.
2. Sea level elevation:not to exceed 2000m.
3. Relative humidity:at+40℃,the atmospheric relative humidity
shouldnot exceed 50%.At comparatively low temperature,comparatively
highrelative humidity is permisible.Whenthe average lowest
temperaturein the wettest month is at +25℃,the average maximum
relative humidityis 90%,and taking into account of the condensation
on the surfaceof products due to the changes in temperature.
4. Grade of polluion:Grade 3.
5. Class of installation:Class.
6. The inclination between the installation plane and the
verticalsurface is not bigger than +5℃.

Structure summary:
The contactor consists of the CJX2 contactor,supplementary
contactgroup and six resistor wires.The six resistor wires are
connectedrespectively to the three pairs of main contacts of the
contactorand the corresponding inlet and outlet terminals of the
supplementarycontactor coil is energized,the switch contact is
driven and closedunder the suction of the permanent magnetic
core,first turning onthe resistor,and after suppressing the surge
current for a few milliseconds,themain contact is turned on,and the
contactor begins itts normal operation.Thepermanent magnetic core
moves to its normal place and gets relesed,enablingthe switch
contact to return to its original cut-off position.Whenthe
contactor coil is deenergized,the main contact is cut off,andthe
permanent magnet returns to its sucked-on position.Next timewhen
the contactor coil is energized,the three pairs of switch
contactswill be driven again,thus palying the role of suppressing
the surgecurrent.The contactor first on the resistor by means of
the small-gapmain contact.To suppress the switch closing surge
current and limitedswitch opening over voltage.Thus enabling the
capactitor group toswitch normally.
